EXP cost

I know this isnt a english forums but I can't find anyone to help me, what I need is everything to take money instead of EXP, for example, when you enchant it will take EXP but instead I need it to take money but no EXP same with anything in the anvil, I can't think of anything else that takes exp other then death and I got that covered

On enchant:
   if the experience of enchantement is 30:
      remove 30 from player's balance

You need extraSk for this skript,

You have to do the level 15, 20.
