Cooldown avec le temps restant

Je voudrai qu'un Skripteur/euse applique un cooldown d'Un Jour avec le délai qu'il reste en français sur ces 2 Codes ci-dessous (ou pour un me suffira très bien…)

.....

Cooldown = Countdown = Délai de temps pour la commande

et le “wait 1 seconds

remove 1 from {temps.%player%}” Non car si le mec fait plusieurs fois la commande ça fera bugué le truc :(
