Une piste pour les titles ( je m'y connait pas trop ):

Executer une commande en tant que console : commande /title

Je met pas plus il faut chercher ...

Bon d'accord cherchez bien puis ouvrez le spoiler:

on join:
   make console execute command "/title %player% title %player%"
   make console execute command "/title %player% subtitle Bienvenu sur NAMESERVER"
   play raw sound "random.levelup" at player with pitch 1 volume 1
